Shipments and returns
Your shipment
Packages are generally shipped 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
Your product will ship via USPS with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
There are NO RETURNS and NO EXCEPTIONS
Due to the nature of our business as all orders are customized
we do not accept returns for any reason. It is up to you to make sure the spelling,
Color, Size, or any other custom feature of your product is correct and error-free.
